My name is Fran O’Connor and I have been involved in mainly high-end real estate and letting for over 20 years. I established the first holiday accommodation agency in Byron Bay in 1989. This business grew into a boutique real estate agency, which gave personalised service to a clientele typically in the high-end market. I sold that agency in 2010.
I have specialized in high-end sales of properties that have been worked as very successful rentals and understand the importance of a happy tenant, position, cost of maintenance and rental return to the investor.
For the absolute need for client service and satisfaction, I have selected a small number of properties to micro-manage making sure the properties are pristine and provide everything the holidaymaker could want for a wonderfully successful vacation time.
